If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, just reach out to us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll fix it right away. 💌

Storage & care:

• If the ties/yarn are intentionally long – trim it to your liking ✂️
• Apply a universal waterproof spray to keep your bag fresh 💦
• When not in use store in a dust-proof bag, to keep it away from dust and dirt
• Store flat, avoid hanging to prevent stretching, and keep out of direct sunlight ☀️

Hand Wash (Recommended):

• Use mild detergent in cool water (max 30°C)
• Gently clean, then rinse thoroughly
• Do not soak, scrub harshly, twist, or bleach 🚫

Machine Wash (Not Recommended):

• May affect the shape/texture
  If needed: use delicate mode, low temp, no spin, mild detergent, and place in a laundry bag
• Drying: Do not squeeze, instead
